One of the experts who led a masterclass, Israel Oladipupo Ogunseye, Senior Marketing Manager at Mdundo, advised entrepreneurs to integrate marketing, sales, and brand management to create a cohesive strategy that resonates with their target audience. “To build a sustainable brand, businesses must go beyond mere advertising; they need to create meaningful connections with their customers by understanding their needs and delivering consistent value,” Ogunseye said. He highlighted the importance of adapting marketing strategies to align with local consumer preferences and leveraging digital tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Bethel Bekee, CEO of Whip Smart Consulting, also shared her expertise, focusing on the need for innovation in challenging economic times.
